PROFAX® Welding manipulators greatly increase part throughput, lower labor costs and improve weld quality on common processes like submerged arc welding, gas metal arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding.
A manipulator can be used as a standalone device or in conjunction with workpiece positioners for round or complex welding jobs.
PROFAX® manipulators allow for mechanized welding torch positioning and movement over a wide range of welding joint configurations. Torch manipulation is mechanically controlled removing operator inconsistencies and reducing variables. Resulting in higher-quality more consistent welds with less rejects and lower labor costs
