Reversible Arm Utility Clamp - Medium Duty, Step-Over

I purchased 4 of these. On 3 of them I had to use a tap to clean out the corrosion in the tapped screw hole that is used to attach accessories, which I also ordered. Also, on one clamp, the shape of the head was so bent inward I had to use a press to bring it to the right angle it is supposed to be. I am not faulting Arc-Zone here, I am faulting Strong Hand Tools. I needed these for my business right away, so it was just quicker for me to fix the issues than send the clamps back for replacement. Strong Hand is slipping on their quality.
