Production Level Tungsten Grinding & Cutting Station
The DGP-2 is a pedestal style grinding machine engineered to precision diamond Grind & Cut-to-Length TIG & Plasma Arc Welding electrodes. The grinder produces longitudinal grind angles from 6Ëš- 120Ëš with a 20RMS finish and + / - 1/2Ëš angle tolerance. The DGP-2 grinder can do precision electrode cutting, but it does not have the integral micrometer Indexed Cutting Assembly featured on the DGP-3 Grinding Station. Like the DGP-3, the DGP-2 comes with a diamond cutting wheel. The DGP-2 is ideal for consistently grinding tungsten electrodes for mechanized / automated & manual TIG. Plasma Arc Welding & Orbital Tube & Pipe welding applications should consider the DGP-3 Grinding Station. Made in U.S.A. by Diamond Ground Products.

Your Choice of Four Collets Sizes:
The grinder comes standard with .040" (1.0mm), 1/16" (1.6mm), 3/32" (2.4mm), & 1/8" (3.2mm) collets. Additional 5/32" (4.0mm) & 3/16" (4.8mm) collets are available or can be substituted in place of the standard sizes.
