This wheel is AWESOME!! I used the stock wheel that came with the Sharpie and was kind of surprised how long is lasted, or didn't last... You can use both sides so that helped but once I changed over to this wheel I haven't looked back. Have not even worn a groove in it yet. Have had this one on for a good while. Still lots of life on the one side and still have a fresh side to go. That's just the life of the wheel. I really noticed a difference with the grind too. If you're like me and do a lot of low amperage welding you know that having light scratches to a polished tungsten is key. This wheel really does help with that. I'm always looking for ways to sharpen my tungstens faster and more accurately. Adding this wheel to my Sharpie was a no brainier!
