Usually love this product but got a defective one. One of the end wasn't crimped right and just fell out. Called ArcZone and got it resolved. ARCZONE ROCKS! You guys are on point with customer service ????

This cable makes any torch waaayy less cumbersome. I feel like Im holding a feather instead of a #17 with a ball and chain attatched to it... This should be everyones first upgrade to their tig rig.
