Once your order is sent to fulfillment, any information that pertains to accounting will be double-encrypted before it is transferred over to our accounting system, located in our main office building in Vista, CA.

In order to keep your account at arc-zone.com active, Arc-zone may keep your data stored in the website’s database. If you are not comfortable with that arrangement, you may request your data to be removed from arc-zone.com's database at any time. Just keep in mind that, in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley act, any data related to orders placed at arc-zone.com will have to be kept at Arc-Zone’s accounting software for up to 7 years.

Marketing

Arc-zone may use your browsing information to identify popular products. It may also send you e-mails requesting you to review products you have recently ordered, and notifications about abandoned cart items. If you sign up to receive our newsletter, we may send you e-mails with news, offers and other relevant information.
