  • .045" (1.14mm): 36 - 40
  • 1/16" (1.6mm): 26 - 30
  • 3/32" (2.4mm): 12 - 16
  • 1/8" (3.2mm): 8 - 10

NICKEL 625 AWS A 5.14-89 CLASS ERNiCrMo-3

Nickel 625 is a Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum wire used for welding Inconel® 601, 625, and 690, as well as Incoloy® 800, 825, and 800HT to themselves or to each other.

Nickel 625 provides excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, high strength and good fatigue resistance over a broad range of temperatures from cryogenic up to 1,800°F.

Tensile strength: up to 110,000 psi.

Elongation is 30%.

Inconel and Incoloy are registered trademarks of the International Nickel Company (INCO).
