Extra Large Gas Saver™ Pyrex nozzle kits provide a large inert atmosphere for the welding of reactive metals such as titanium, molybdenum, nickel-based and aluminum based alloys as well as non-reactive metals like stainless steel.  Gas Saver™ kits can be used for a variety of TIG welding applications in many cases replacing bulky and expensive trail shields.

The Large 1-1/8" (28.5mm) #18 orifice Pyrex glass nozzle is lightweight for improved operator comfort, torch control, and provides excellent visibility of the weld puddle and tungsten electrode.  Designed with a replaceable tungsten adapter and universal collet for low-cost screen replacement.   With a Gas Saver™ nozzle kit you can achieve high-quality welds on a consistent basis and the shielding properties allow for tungsten stick-out of up-to 2" (50.8mm).  Enjoy!

I've been using this on thin wall tubing and I really like it. The gas coverage is really good and I can run such a long stick out that it probably doesn't need to be a glass cup, but overall it works well and would buy again.

Works great but had to modify it a bit to fit my torch for whatever reason.
