Ck’s 2% lanthanated is better than any by far. I’ve welded with all the top shelf, high priced lanthanated and none have come close to how well the ck holds its shape when welding aluminum. No electrode will last forever but if you want one that will last longer and hold it’s point longer when welding aluminum, buy the ck.

Pricey, but I think a little better quality. Finer sparks than brand x when grinding.
