Improve Your Welding Performance and Regulate the Flow of Gases with a Flow meter for MIG Welding. Also Extend the Life of Your Flow Meter with a CO2 Heater.
Whether you're looking for a high-quality, low-cost flow meter to accurately measure the flow of Argon, Helium and CO2 welding gases. Arc-Zone.com offers a variety of options to help you optimize your MIG welding operations.
SmithEquipment Flow Meter/Regulators consist of a single or two-stage pressure regulator and a pressure compensated Flow Meter. The pressure regulator is designed for connection to a compressed gas cylinder, whose pressure is 3000 psig or less. Each flow tube is calibrated to indicate volume flow rate with a particular gas, pressure, and float at 70o F (21.1o C). Accurate indication requires use with the gas for which the flow tube was calibrated. The correct operating gas and pressure are printed on each flow tube.
CO2 Heaters are designed to prevent CO2 regulator freeze-up and prevent porosity in welds from loss of shield gas. Available in 115 and 240 volt. 50/60 hertz and is easy to install between CO2 cylinder and flowmeter. Manufactured by Profax, this economical and effective thermostatic controlled CO2 heater will prevent overheating and possible damage to your regulator.
