The Orbitalum ESG Plus & ESG Plus² (formerly George Fisher +GF+ Weldcraft Triad) is a highly engineered tungsten grinder ideal for Orbital and other precision welding applications where electrode consistency is critical.  The machine features precision-drilled tungsten guides which accommodate six different tungsten electrode diameters from 0.40" (1.0mm) to 5/32" (4.0mm) and offers 2 different choices of four different grinding angles to ensure reliable arc starting and good weld penetration.  Choose to have your grinder outfitted with the grinding head for 15°, 18°,22.5°, & 30° or for 15°, 30°, 45°, & 60°.

The ESG Plus grinders ship in a sturdy steel carrying case, which features a durable powder-coated finish and compartmentalized interior. Included with ESG Plus & ESG Plus² is a high-quality standard dual-sided diamond-coated grinding wheel designed to provide reliable, long-term performance and minimize costs and downtime for replacement.
