I like this kit, wedge collets are a a great addition and the pyrex cups help when needed for getting into awkward places.

To be honest I had higher hopes for this kit. My biggest complaint is that the mesh "lense" is really vulnerable. Being that the cups are push on, I've found that it's easy to bend the lense when installing and removing the cups. They perform well when welding, but I'll just buy regular gas lenses with thread on cups from now on. Will buy from arc zone again!

I finally got my hands on the Gas Saver glass nozzle kit. I am most impressed with the options I now have at my finger tips. I am a welder/ fabricator with nearly two decades under my belt. I specialize in fabrication and maintenance welding on heavy equipment for the highway construction industry.
I now have everything in one place, and I can finally get rid of that JUNK drawer in my tool box :) The heavy duty case keeps everything nice, neat and organized. I keep it on top of my welding rig, right where I need it. It even has a parts list so when it's time to reorder consumables, it couldn't be easier. The kit is perfect for guys and gals like me that are constantly changing gears. Whether it be heavy gauge steel, thin stainless material, aluminum or anything else, this kit has got you covered.
I have noticeable cut my gas usage by the excellent coverage the lenses give, even at a lower CFH, and that's awesome. The glass nozzles are the high point of the kit for me, even though they can be fragile. The increased visibility really lets you watch your edge, and see the backside of the weld puddle hidden or covered up by normal nozzles. Plus, the gas coverage on the large cup is amazing.
