Here are a few tips on how to stay cool when temperatures are hot while welding.
Don’t Overexert Yourself
We know you need to get the job done but working too fast or for too long without breaks can lead to illness or potentially life-threatening issues. Keep your activity low-key and brief, take frequent breaks and drink plenty of water.
Stay Hydrated
It’s super important to drink at least half a gallon of water per day. Some experts suggest also including a sports drink like Gatorade to replenish the potassium and magnesium you lose through sweat.
Wear Lightweight, Flame Retardant Clothing
