Premium Flexible Nylon Cable Cover

Arc-Zone® Premium 3" (76.2mm) wide cable cover is the most popular for air & water-cooled TIG torch models up to 250 Amps.  3" covers allow room for an additional amperage control, or on/off switch lead.

Cable covers are recommended for TIG torches to protect the hose leads and keep them from harsh environments where the power cable can get cut, punctured, burned, tangled and kinked, which can limit the coolant and gas flow causing torch failure and inconsistent weld quality.

Cable Cover Lengths:
10' (for 12.5') - 22' (for 25') - 48' (for 50')
Note: Cable covers are made a couple feet shorter than the torch leads for easy connection to the machine and water cooler.

Constructed of Premium grade Highly-Flexible Ballistic Nylon Material with Shielded Zipper. Double Stitched Construction and quality workmanship insures long life. Both ends of the cover are fused to resist fraying. Zip ties are included to secure the cover to the torch leads and handle.

High-quality zipper runs the full length of the cover, and allows installation without removing the torch from the welding machine. The non-conductive zipper will not conduct "HF" (high-frequency current common on TIG machines) zipper is protected from heat and sparks by an overlapping flap.

Much better than leather. Exceeded my expectations

Best compromise for those who do not like the heavy leather type hose/cable protectors for the #20 water cooled torch. I did NOT like the leather. This nylon does not drag anywhere near as much as the leather does on the sides of the weld table which can restrict your torch movement. Of course no protector of any kind is best for free torch movement but this protector comes as close to that as possible.
