Online orders can be placed 24-7. Our service support team is ready to help you by phone from 8 a.m. (and often times earlier) to 5 p.m. (and sometimes later) Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time.

What is the best way to resolve application problems after receipt of my order?

Just contact us! We will work to resolve any application problems after receipt of order. We have years of design and application experience with all of our products and are happy to help you solve your problems.

How can I be sure that all of the welding accessories I buy will work together as a system?

That’s our specialty! We will help you optimize your entire welding system by matching the correct torch, parts and accessories to the output and duty cycle of the welding power supply and the welding application. Many times the power supply and torch leads are considered separately but are then expected to work correctly together. We don’t just sell torches and parts, we sell solutions to your application problems.

Will my equipment warranty be void if I use replacement torch parts from an aftermarket manufacturer?

Most likely, no. Many original equipment manufacturers (O.E.M.’s) will suggest that using “aftermarket” parts will void the warranties on their equipment, however this very seldom actually occurs. The use of high quality parts in a high quality system is the best way to avoid equipment problems. Arc-Zone.com supplies only the highest quality products from many industry leading manufacturers including O.E.M.’s and aftermarket suppliers.

How can I pay for orders entered online?

For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover via our secure server. You can also pay with your Arc-Zone.com® Net 30 Account (pre-approval and Purchase Order required) or pay with your PayPal account.

What is the Arc-Zone.com freight policy?

Arc-Zone delivers your order via UPS Ground if it is being shipped within the continental United States. If you’d like another shipping option (FedEx, DHL, or expedited service) or you would like us to ship internationally, let us know. The shipping charge will be added to your order and we will confirm with you prior to shipping. We can also bill your shipping charges direct to your UPS, FedEx or DHL account.

Some items that are pallatized shipments are shipped via freight carrier. These items are noted in the the webstore.

International Customers: Prices do not include special export packing. All charges including transportation, insurance, custom duties, local taxes, carrier notification to consignee, C.O.D. fees, will be paid by the buyer.

When will I get my order?

Items are shipped 1-2 days from order date. For UPS Ground, delivery time can range from 1-6 days. Please see the map below.
