About Welding

The welding industry includes professional equipment and accessory manufacturers, suppliers, systems integrators, quality assurance, and welding engineers and welding operators that service a diversified application base ranging from aerospace, aircraft, biomedical, health care, automotive, motor sports, food service, bicycle, power plant, marine, nuclear, military, scientific, education and construction.

Welding is a term that encompasses a variety of processes used to join ferrous and non ferrous materials. Some of these processes include Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Plasma Arc Welding (PAW).
