Highly Engineered, Portable Precision Tungsten Electrode Grinder
This Weldcraft Triad (formerly George Fisher +GF+ ESG Plus) is a highly engineered tungsten grinder ideal for Orbital and other precision welding applications where electrode consistency is critical. The machine features precision-drilled tungsten guides which accommodate six different tungsten electrode diameters from 0.40" (1.0mm) to 5/32" (4.0mm) and offers four different grinding angles (15, 18, 22.5 and 30 degrees) to ensure reliable arc starting and good weld penetration.
The Triad ships in a sturdy steel carrying case, which features a durable powder-coated finish and compartmentalized interior. Included with Triad is a high-quality standard dual-sided diamond-coated grinding wheel designed to provide reliable, long-term performance and minimize costs and downtime for replacement.
Each tungsten grinder includes an electrode holder to ease tungsten rotation and reduce the potential for flat spots, along with a machine holder so the Triad can be bench mounted for shop use.
