The Ultima TIG is a new, improved tungsten grinder that offers the benefits of a proven liquid grinding chamber, easy and effective grind angle adjuster with degree scale for more accurate taper selection. The high-speed torque compensating motor delivers quick, precise and efficient grinding of tungsten electrodes.
The Ultima TIG is constructed of billet machined aluminum with an integrated stainless steel mounting table which houses the grinding wand, spare collets and provides clear access to the sump reservoir that is used for high volume grinding applications.
Standard model grinds tungsten electrodes from .040" (1.0mm) to 5/32" (4.0mm) diameters. Optional collets and grinding wands are available for electrode sizes up to 1/4" (6.4mm) in diameter.
