1% Thoriated Tungsten Electrodes, Color Code Yellow

These electrodes provide easy arc starting, arc stability, good current capacity, and resistance to weld pool contamination.

1% Thoriated electrodes are thorium dioxide doped tungsten electrodes containing 0.8% to 1.2% ThO2. Color code: Yellow.
