I really want to improve upon my welding because it is a passion of mine however, I am looking for a good tungsten sharpener. I have had to pick up on some orbital welding for my projects, nothing big, but still. Would you recommend using this website or another to purchase one?

Neat pics! You were really 'stylin' on that jump!
Vintage dirt track is pretty hot around here (S. Tx.). Ever thought of getting back into those old leathers?

Aha, so that was what the plastic bag was on the floor. Now which of the 5 dogs or 3 workers got my M & M's? I gotta place another order so I can use my spy cam and find the culprit. Hey, I wish all my parts came with M & M's... great idea!

i don't like the brown MnMs because I'm always dissappointed they are not the yellow peanut ones.

I thought you were going to say something practical about needing steady hands to weld and having a handy dose of water and sugar nearby.

Hmm... a link to an ad?

You should make it clear on your page about TIG welding electrodes that pure tungsten (green code) WILL work better in a TRANSFORMER welding machine like the Miller and Lincoln 250 syncrowaves. The way your page explains it it is still not clear.

EVEN on the Sylvania tungsten BOX it explains that the pure tungsten is for Aluminum/AC, and the box was designed before inverter welding machines came on the scene.

Many young welders only know about inverter welding machines and have had no formal training. They sometimes think that because the inverter works better on AC with aluminum and a 2% tungsten that it will work better in all welding machines. Not so.

oh and the 245 bucks probably doesnt even begin cover the cost of the little mountains of 7018 shorties your gonna make practicing for your tests and the steel T's for your fillet welds so in a sense it really is almost free
